I'm Jeff: This Is My Story
I know what it’s like to feel stuck. I’ve spent most of my adult life wondering who I wanted to become. The answer came when I had my first opportunity to coach.
I have over 15 years of business experience in the green industry, from working as a laborer on a maintenance crew to leading a landscape crew, head of design and sales, and finally, managing partner. Over the years, I’ve had coaches and experienced firsthand the power of personal growth. In 2020, while taking a Dale Carnegie leadership course, I found myself on the other side—helping others discover possibilities in themselves they didn’t know existed.
That moment confirmed my calling.
Coaching allows me to walk alongside my clients as they uncover their brilliance and step into it. My passion for people and their unique journeys drives me to be the best.
As Matthew 22:37-39 reminds us, we are called to love God fully and love others as ourselves—that’s the heart of my work.
